NOTICE OF ONE VACANCY IN OFFICE OF COUNCILLOR
DUNSTALL PARISH COUNCIL
LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 1972 (Sec 87(2))

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 87(2) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Kilian Espana, formerly a member of the above Parish Council, has ceased to be a Member.

A casual vacancy has arisen in the office of a Parish Councillor at Dunstall Parish Council.

If, within 14 days (excluding Saturdays, Sunday and Public Holidays*) after this notice, a request for election to fill the said vacancy is made in writing to the Returning Officer by TEN electors from the parish, an election will be held to fill the said vacancy; otherwise the vacancy will be filled by Dunstall Parish Council by co-option:
