Dunstall Cricket Club was originally founded in the 1890’s and reformed in 1960 to play on the Dunstall Estate next to Dunstall Hall. It is one of the most picturesque grounds in the Midlands. The club played in the Burton & District League in the 1980’s before moving to the Derbyshire Cricket League in 1992. Since 2000 the club has played in the ECB Derbyshire Premier League.
Dunstall Cricket Club has been host to former professional cricketers Derek Randall and Devon Malcolm who have played for the England cricket team as well as former West Indies internationals Phil Simmons and Jimmy Adams.
